For the first time in history, four separate generations are represented in the workplace, each with its own distinct set of values and priorities. Through developing understanding and appreciation for how generations differ, members of each generation are empowered to enhance communications and interactions for working together more effectively. Differences between generations then become harnessed as strengths to increase productivity, creativity, problem solving, and learning.
