Enterprise Reporting is available in myUFL and provides easy access to the University of Florida financial, human resources, student, and other management data. Enterprise Reporting is available to any faculty or staff but does require the UF_ER_USER role for general access and may require additional roles depending on the type of information and level of detail.

PST010 Reporting: Basics
In this hands-on session, we explore the basic concepts associated with Enterprise Reporting and review the available reporting content. Designed for the end user on campus who needs to generate basic reports for his or her financial or HR-related transactions, this session will cover:
- Navigation
- Folder structures and how to find what you need
- The financial and HR-related content available
- How to find delivered reports and download the information
PST117 Reporting: PowerPlay
In this hands-on session, we explore PowerPlay Cubes and review the available content. Designed for the end user on campus who needs to generate reports for his or her financial transactions, this session will cover:
- How to generate meaningful reports, including using functions such as filtering, sorting, nesting, and suppressing.
- The financial and HR-related content that is available to UF Departments
- Find the details you need
- How to run reports and download the information
PST012 Reporting: Query Studio
This course introduces the Enterprise Reporting Query Studio tool. We begin with a brief overview of the Data Warehouse and then take a closer look at the various data packages. After building a familiarity with the Query Studio interface, we complete exercises to introduce and reinforce your query-building skills.
Querying at the University of Florida is both a privilege and a responsibility. For this reason, we require training before you acquire the Query Studio role.PST130 Departmental Reconciliations
In this class we introduce reports, tools, directives and recommendations for management of financial activities at the departmental level.
