Training
To register for classroom or online courses, click here, log in and click Request Training Enrollment. Search by Course Name or Course Number and select a session that fits your schedule.
- PST092 Posting GatorJobs
This hands-on session teaches participants to use GatorJobs, an applicant tracking system powered by PeopleAdmin, to post position vacancies to the UF web site, review applicant pools, identify hires, and close candidate searches. This class also reviews the procedure for reclassifying and updating positions, the role of the recruiters from the Recruitment & Staffing core office in candidate searches, the process for reposting positions, and best practices.
Individuals who will be Originators in GatorJobs must attend Posting GatorJobs before requesting the GatorJobs Originator role in myUFL. The individuals who typically serve in the Originator role are department administrators, administrative assistants, and office managers.
Security Roles
For all GatorJobs actions* you need the following security roles:
Either
The Originator security role: UF_N_GJ_Department Admin
Or
The Level 1 Approver security role: UF_N_GJ_Department Approver* Exception: for Approving Requisitions you must have The Level 1 Approver security role - UF_N_GJ_Department Approver
Please note you must attend the Posting GatorJobs class before you can receive security to become an Originator.
