- PST210 Hiring and Additional Pay (ePAF)
This course gives participants an overview of electronic Personnel Action Forms (ePAFs); walks participants through the process of completing hires for faculty, staff, fellowships, and OPS/ students; and reviews how and when to provide additional pay (which includes non-wage payables and payments for non-resident aliens). This course is required to obtain the UF_EPAF_Department Admin role, which gives security to use ePAF.

You will need the following security role to perform this action:
UF_HR_Hiring
• UF_EPAF_Department Admin
• UF_HR View/Inquiry
or
• UF_EPAF_Level 1 Approver
• UF_HR View/InquiryPlease note: You must attend the Hiring & Additional Pay class before you can receive the UF_EPAF_Department Admin role. The Job/Position Actions class is also required for new ePAF users. After you attend training, your Department Security Administrator (DSA) must request the role for you and reference the date you attended training in the request.
