The university is committed to negotiating collective bargaining agreements that are competitive and fair for our employees; which build a strong foundation for long-term working relationships with our unions; and which position the University of Florida as a successful institution of achievement, innovation, and teamwork.
Labor Relations is responsible for:

- grievance administration
