earnings statementsUF employees’ 2009 IRS Form W-2s will no longer be distributed by the departments. With the implementation of electronic W-2s, 2009 W-2s will be mailed by January 31, 2010, to employees who do not consent.

More than 14,000 UF employees have consented to receive their W-2 forms electronically through the myUFL system! If you have not consented, there is still time.
Ensure your address is up-to-date for W-2 mailing
