
UF offers free smoking cessation program to faculty, staff, and spouses
In anticipation of campus going smoke-free July 1, the University’s Employee Assistance Program, in partnership with the Area Health Education Centers, is continuing to offer a FREE smoking cessation program to UF employees.

Employees must report 2009-10 compensatory leave use by May 13
All non-exempt TEAMS and USPS employees as well as exempt USPS employees may use overtime and/or special compensatory leave through the end of the fiscal year—June 30.

Employee Education Program accepting applications for summer semesters
The Employee Education Program (EEP) is a popular benefit available to eligible UF faculty and staff. The program provides tuition assistance for up to six credit hours of eligible college-level courses per semester.
Premium increase for over-age dependent health plan coverage
As a result of legislative action, effective May for June 2010 coverage, employees enrolled in the over-age dependent health plan for dependents ages 19 to 30 will experience a rate increase from $498.68 to $523.62 for each over-age dependent covered. |
