This spring, UF Purchasing will introduce myUF Market, a new requisitioning system for the University of Florida. This new system brings a user-friendly online marketplace designed to streamline the way your department purchases its goods and services. The adoption of myUF Market represents UF’s ongoing commitment to initiatives that strategically reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
As a way to increase awareness of university employees’ roles and responsibilities for keeping UF free from sexual harassment, the Office of Human Resource Services launched an online learning training course—“Preventing Sexual Harassment”—this past fall.
Students who did not already enroll in annual or fall/spring GatorGradCare coverage for the 2008-09 academic year may enroll in either spring-only or spring/summer coverage through January 30.
Two routes are available to review employee leave balances in the myUFL system.

New Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 effective February 2
A new version of the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 will be required for use beginning February 2, and no previous editions will be accepted. The Forms section of the HRS web site will feature a link to the new form; please update your bookmarks accordingly. You will wish to note the changes to List A on the form, most significantly that expired documents will no longer be accepted.
