ePAF Fax Imaging is here!
ePAF Fax Imaging became available to departmental administrators on December 2. ePAF Fax Imaging adds functionality by enabling staff to electronically attach HR transaction paperwork to ePAFs. It will reduce turn-around time, maximize available technology, provide an electronic “paper” trail throughout the approval process, eliminate lost paperwork, and increase security. 

HRS’ holiday closing plan includes adjusted deadlines
In preparation for reduced staffing December 25 through January 2, Human Resource Services has established a plan to ensure the needs of departments and employees are met.

Enrollment for spring/summer GatorGradCare coverage is underway
The enrollment period for spring-only or spring/summer coverage under GatorGradCare is now open.

UF business-reply mail design changed
The United States Postal Service is requiring a change in the design of all business-reply mail pieces that utilize UF Mail Services' Permit No. 21.

NEW ONLINE

"Preventing Sexual Harassment” Training
More than 2,000 employees have been certified since the launch of online training. Employees can verify their certification by logging onto myUFL and navigating to My Self Service > Training and Development > Certificates. Departmental reports will be updated in mid-December.
