UF raise review file actions
In order for the raise file to be utilized, there can be no future-dated rows entered for the employee. No job actions, therefore, should be entered in the Human Resources system with effective dates after September 18, 2008. Departments may enter an ePAF with an effective date of September 19 or after; however, the core offices will not approve until September 29.

GatorGradCare enrollment now open
Graduate students who meet the eligibility requirements for GatorGradCare may enroll in GatorGradCare plans for the 2008-2009 academic year. The coverage terms available during this enrollment period are:
- Annual: August 16, 2008 – August 15, 2009
- Fall Only: August 16 – December 31, 2008
- Fall/Spring: August 16, 2008 – May 15, 2009

| Training data now available in Enterprise Reporting
Employees with access to human resources (HR) data in the myUFL system via Enterprise Reporting now have access to an additional set of available reports: Training and Organizational Development.
“We are very pleased to announce these reports,” said Jodi Gentry, director of Training and Org. Development. “We appreciate UF Bridges’ assistance in helping us design and develop these training-related reports for use by UF departments.”

Grant summary pages now available
New summary pages for awards, projects, and proposals are now available in myUFL. These pages show important grant information in easy-to-use dashboards providing critical date, budget, accounting, compliance, and personnel information.
To access these reports, sign onto the myUFL system, then navigate to Grants > Summary Pages. Online training is available through the myUFL Toolkits. New training is available for both pre- and post-award.
The new pages were created in collaboration among research administrators, Contracts and Grants, DSR, IFAS C&G, EIES, and Bridges. If you have questions about the information you are seeing on these screens, please contact the appropriate grants office. If you have comments or suggestions for improving these pages, please use the myUFL “suggestions” link at the top of every myUFL page.

Retirement reminders

Did you know that correcting time reporting errors for prior pay periods may lead to the assessment of delinquent fees by the Division of Retirement? All Pension and Investment Plan contributions must be received by the Division of Retirement when they are due to avoid charges for any month or part of the month in which the contributions are late. In addition, departments may be charged for any market losses to participants for late contributions. Therefore, we request that you approve reported time throughout the pay period and review your preliminary paylists for errors or omissions that can be corrected before payroll closes.
