Important reminders from University Retirement
Retirement Special Pay Plan reminder It is important for staff members who have a leave cash out of $2,000 or more to be informed of the impact the Retirement Special Pay Plan may have on their cash outs.
Please review the information on the Retirement Special Pay Plan web site, and feel free to contact the Retirement office if you have further questions at retirement@ufl.edu or 392-2477. Timely terminations of OPS employees
OPS employees who have separated from the university must be terminated in Job Data before the Retirement office can authorize a distribution of their FICA Alternative funds. It is the responsibility of the department to process the termination in a timely manner. Please visit the FICA Alternative web site for further information.
