Conversion of vacation leave appears on paycheck twice
Vacation leave hours exceeding the year-end maximum that were converted to sick leave will be reflected on an affected employee’s paycheck twice: the January 20 paycheck, which is for the pay period of 12/30/05-01/12/06, and the February 2 paycheck, which is for the pay period of 1/13/06-1/27/06. However, please note the leave conversion only occurred once. As previously announced, an employee can now see his or her leave conversion and leave balances through My Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > View Leave Balances.
