2005-06 Fiscal Year-end Compensatory Leave Cashout

Please remember that the fiscal year-end compensatory leave cashout will take place during the 5/19/06 – 06/01/06 pay period. Please see the April edition of Infogator for information. If an employee accrued any overtime or special compensatory leave in error or any compensatory leave that has not been adjusted, please contact Central Leave Administration to prevent the inaccurate cashout. Submitting an ePAF will not be needed to trigger the fiscal year-end cashout of unused compensatory leave; this process will be handled automatically.

To assist you, please see the available instructional guide.

Using ePAF for All Leave Cashouts

As of April 24, 2006, all leave cashouts (except for the fiscal year-end cashout described above) for USPS, TEAMS, and Academic Personnel should now be requested using the appropriate ePAF rather than using the Personnel Transaction Form and Change Order/Form 250.
