ePAF training now underwayHuman Resource Services has begun training department administrators on the new electronic Personnel Action Forms (ePAFs) that will replace the university’s current processes for entering personnel actions. These ePAFs are more intuitive and much shorter—generally 1 to 3 pages as compared to the 12 pages required in the past. As information is entered, the data entry fields are limited to only applicable choices, thus reducing the possibility of errors. The new ePAFs are automatically routed throughout the approval process—from originator to Level 1 approver to Level 2 approver.

Return appraisal forms to HRS by March 31UF’s new performance management initiative is now underway. Supervisors should be in the process of appraising their TEAMS and USPS employees and using the new appraisal form www.hr.ufl.edu/performance.
