Service pins distributed for FY 05-06
Service pin coordinators from throughout UF met on June 21 and received service pins for employees in their areas for 05-06. The service pin program at UF is designed to recognize continuous service of USPS and TEAMS employees.
"We apologize for the delay in the service pin program over the past year, but look forward to getting the program back on track," said Jodi Gentry, associate director currently responsible for the program.
At the service pin coordinator meeting, service pins for FY 05-06 were provided to department representatives. The service pin coordinators also provided their ideas for improving the service pin program for FY 06-07 and beyond. IFAS and Health Affairs have a separate service pins system.
