TEAMS Notice of Non-Reappointment
No appointment shall create any right, interest, or expectancy of continued employment. At any time during any appointment, TEAMS employees may be non-renewed upon appropriate written notice:
TEAMS employees hired before June 30, 2005, shall be given 6 months notice that their appointment will not be renewed.
TEAMS employees hired after June 30, 2005, shall be given 3 months notice that their appointment will not be renewed.
