2009 Higher Education Opportunity Recipients
The drawing for the 2009 scholarship was held April 10, 2009 at the HRS building and 50 TEAMS employees were chosen at random from a list of 93 eligible applicants. For each child selected, the university will pay the in-state matriculation fees, less any Bright Futures scholarship award, for a maximum of 132 credit hours toward an undergraduate degree at the University of Florida or a public community college in the state over a six-year period for each selected child.
