Higher Education Opportunity Status Verification Forms
You have the option to use this form at any time during the semester to update your contact information, which will enable you to receive important information and reminders about the Higher Education Opportunity.
In order to receive funding through the HEO Benefit, you are REQUIRED to complete this HEO Status Verification during the specified time frame below each and every semester. Failure to verify your status will result in denial of HEO funds for that semester.
The Summer 2012 Status Verification Period for current HEO recipients is Monday, April 2, through Friday, April 27. Any HEO recipient taking classes during the Summer 2012 semester must verify their status during this period.
