Find your People First User ID and password
Your People First User ID is a 6-digit number that has been assigned to you by the state of Florida as a personal benefits identifier. This number is required each time you call the People First Service Center or when you access your state benefits record online through the People First web site.
Your People First User ID can be found by:
- Reviewing your original state of Florida new hire/welcome letter OR the annual open enrollment benefits summary that was mailed to your home address
- Calling the People First Service Center
- Logging onto the myUFL system and navigate to: My Self Service > Benefits > PFID & Beneficiary Info
In addition to your People First User ID, you will also need to establish or reset your password. Your password is needed to make any online changes.
Forgot your password or haven’t logged in for a while?
- If you previously set up your security questions on the main page of the People First web site, you can reset your password online yourself at any time.
- If you haven’t set up the security page, call the Service Center for a temporary password. Then go online to set up your security page, which provides access to reset your password in the future when needed.
Password guidelines can be found on the FAQ section on the People First log in page. For more assistance, call the People First Service Center at 1-866-663-4735. Questions? Contact University Benefits and Retirement at benefits@ufl.edu or (352) 392-2HRS.
