How to Enroll or Make Changes during Open Enrollment
State-sponsored benefits:
- Go online to make changes via the People First web site.
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. - Call the People First Service Center (PFSC) at 1-866-663-4735 to enroll or make a change.
- Available Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Speak with a customer service representative to make your selections - Submit a paper enrollment form to the PFSC.
- Available from the People First web site or the People First Service Center.
- Complete, make a copy for yourself, and mail directly to People First or fax 904-828-6092
You will need the user ID and password provided by People First to access your enrollment. If you don’t have a user ID or password, contact the People First Service Center (PFSC) for assistance. Please review the People First password guidelines for more information about an expired or forgotten password.
Need help enrolling on the People First web site? Refer to the Instruction guide or Tutorial on how to enroll via People First for help.
UF-sponsored benefits
- Complete the appropriate UF plan enrollment form located on the HRS web site.
- Mail to: P.O. Box 115007, fax to 352-392-5166, or take it to the Human Resource Services satellite office nearest you.

Sessions will be available to help answer any questions you may have. Please register in myUFL using course code GET019. Sessions held in HRS Building, Room 119.
September 26: 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
October 1: 9:00 - 10:30 a.m., 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.
October 6: 9:00 - 10:30 a.m., 2:00 - 3:30 p.m.
October 10: 9:00 - 10:30 a.m.
