Supplemental Insurance
Supplemental insurance plans are offered to provide coverage for dental expenses and additional coverage for charges and deductibles related to hospitalization, intensive care, cancer, and short-term disability due to an accident or sickness. Please refer to the company brochures for more details. All premiums are deducted on a pre-tax basis unless otherwise specified; this pre-tax benefit cannot be waived.
